• Implementation of any of the above services is dived into two processes or steps i.e Survey and Installation.
• For survey a customer has to pay Tsh 6,500/= for an engineer to make survey at the site.
• The customer will have to buy all devices required for installation on their own, or pay money(transport fare included) to the company incase we do the task on their behalf.
• If the company purchases devices on behalf of its customer, the customer will be provided with item price receipt.
• All our engineers will hand over to the customer an introduction letter from our office with a company stamp and other relavant information where the opposite will be a scam.

• Upon full installation of a respective infrastructure, the customer will have to pay a full cash or otherwise as per legal agreement.

Graphic Design, Web Development & Branding

• For Graphic Design the customer has to make full or half payment prior to the commencement of the project so as to secure their order.
• Web Development involves two processes i.e Web Designing and Web Development(coding). For web Design the customer also has to make prior payment of about 25% of the full cost of Web Development where the remaining amount will be paid after accomplishment of the project.
• Upon completion and submission of a web project to our client, we are responsible for making changes to the code base for free in 30 days in order to meet our customer's expectations. After the free time lasts, any other changes to the website will be subjected to charges accordingly.
• For Graphic Design, any project is carried out based on the dimensions(units of measurement) the customer submits to our Designer. If the customer needs our Designer to reach out their site for making survey, they have to pay Tsh 5,500/=.
